I just wanted to say a huge thanks for the recent excellent care shown towards my 2 dogs, Maverick, Nico and my cat Misty.........   
Having lived in several places and always owning pets I have been registered with several practices and whilst their care has been pretty average, none have come close to that shown by your staff.  Over the last year or so as a client we have seen every vet and found them to ALL be excellent, unhurried, extremely knowledgable, and generally to go beyond the call of duty. Our pets are important to us, they are like children and never before have I found a vet firm that I have been able to 100% trust.
I will without hesitation recommend your surgery to friends and associates. Keep up the great work.

 I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for the care and attention that you have given Kia over the years.  Having rescued her from a shed where she had been locked up for the first two years of her life, only being fed from a local security guard through a crack in the wood; I brought her to you with weighing mere pounds, with a severe skin condition and all manner of problems internally mentally and physically.  She took an immediate liking to David (which was amazing as she was petrified of men) but all the staff were very caring and patient and nursed her back to health and she became an amazing dog, friend and companion.
  
 Through the years I have appreciated immensely the time that your team spent with Kia and when it came down to her final day the team were fantastic with both myself and Kia.  When I got home from work on Wednesday and noticed Kia wasn't well - I had an appointment and was down at the centre within fifteen minutes.  (Not many could provide this level of service).  Kia was seen straight away and John was very quick in realising that Kia was bleeding internally.  Half an hour later Kia was on the operating table and I was outside with my partner in the car with a much needed cup of tea, provided by the very kind and sympathetic receptionist, awaiting the inevitable.  John came down to the car and explained that he couldn't save her and coped very well to say I was blubbering profusely.  He then let me go and say goodbye to Kia which made me feel better given the situation. So for all this, and the aftercare service I have received since then, Thank you. 
  
 Kia will be greatly missed by all that knew her most of all by my other dog Jess, who hasn't left my side since.  (Still haven't managed to move her bed or bowl). However, I take great comfort in the fact that my animals get the best care from your practice and I am proud to say that between us we gave Kia the life that she derserved.
